I asked to have a sandwich made without lettuce . The lady who helped me said absolutely and would get it done as quickly as possible. She was super friendly . I wish I could remember her name
The cashier Josh working there. The best. Chefs kiss. Came in on a Friday, place was understaffed (not uncommon in these times) He was absolutely slaying it. Powering through the long line of people on till, doing call outs on the speaker for extra people, turning around and asking people what they needed help with at the unmanned service desk. He was all over the place, just bring the most helpful man ever. Dude deserves a raise. What a gem.

I can't say enough good things about this location. The service and quality of food is amazing. This is my go to place for cakes, dessert trays and meat/cheese trays in Vernon. The store manager, Robert Cashato, goes above and beyond for his customers. His kindness and generosity for customers is incredible. I highly recommend this store to everyone - especially when it comes to party trays and dessert trays!

My biggest thanks goes out to Marika at Vernon Save-On's hot food counter. I had a macaroni and cheese emergency with my autistic child, and she was sure to hook me up by quickly heating a frozen version from in the store, even though they weren't making macaroni and cheese at the time. This Save-on-Foods at Village Green Shopping Centre is generally clean and well-stocked. Prices are comparable to other places in interior British Columbia (which are higher than where I live in Ontario, but still reasonable considering cost savings when I cook in an Airbnb). It's always best to check the flyers for deals.

I would like to recognize Tanushka for her excellent customer service. She is a lovely lady who went out of her way to help me find the items I needed and even checked for additional stock. She was friendly, patient, and very helpful. Her positive attitude made my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable.
I am new to online shopping and have to say that SaveOn Foods Village Green Mall is so great to deal with. I ordered the 2 for 1 bacon and Hot Dogs but as I am learning the system you apparently have to put in 4 if you want to order 2 of the 2 for 1. This is on their website but I didn't notice. I called the store and got the Allan the manager of online orders. He was so great. He apologized and said we will get this out to you tomorrow. He was very kind and I appreciate his customer service. I would recommend ordering from SaveOn. Your frozen food arrives frozen and you can have your bags ready to save the paper and the $0.25 cents per bag. I live outside of town (approx 30 min drive) and the delivery fee is only $4.98. Will continue to use the service.
